# Metic Digital > Metic Digital writes, casts, produces and tests short-form creator ads for apps, fintech and consumer tech, and runs them as Spark Ads and partnership ads. Metic Digital writes hooks and scripts, casts creators per brief, produces creator-led and UGC ads, runs them as TikTok Spark Ads, Meta partnership ads or brand-account ads, tests one variable at a time and reports against CPA, ROAS or cost per install from the client's own ad accounts. It does not sell videos by the unit. ## Capabilities - [Creator sourcing](https://meticdigital.com/capabilities/creator-sourcing): Casting for paid ads, judged on how a creator delivers the opening seconds and who watches them. - [Hooks and scripts](https://meticdigital.com/capabilities/hooks-and-scripts): Briefs, hook banks and scripts written so each test has one clear variable. - [Production](https://meticdigital.com/capabilities/production): Creator-led and UGC footage at volume, cut into variants for every placement and length. - [Partnership ads](https://meticdigital.com/capabilities/partnership-ads): Spark Ads and Meta partnership ads, with permissions and usage rights agreed in writing. - [Testing and iteration](https://meticdigital.com/capabilities/testing): Test plans with spend thresholds and cut rules, and a new round built from each result. - [Reporting](https://meticdigital.com/capabilities/reporting): Readouts in CPA, ROAS and install metrics, with creative metrics alongside to explain them. ## Method and reference - [Method](https://meticdigital.com/method): The five-step test loop, an example test matrix, example decision rules and definitions of hook rate, hold rate and other terms. - [Specs](https://meticdigital.com/specs): Ratios, resolutions, lengths, text limits and safe zones for TikTok In-Feed, Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels and YouTube Shorts ads, plus Spark Ads and Meta partnership ad rules, each linked to the platform's documentation. ## Notes - [How TikTok Spark Ads work](https://meticdigital.com/notes/spark-ads): Spark Ads are TikTok ads that promote an existing organic post, either from the brand's own account or from a creator's account with the creator's permission. The ad runs as the post itself, so engagement from the paid run (likes, comments, shares, follows) accrues to that original post (TikTok, June 2026). For a creator's post, the creator enables ad authorization in the TikTok app, selects 7, 30, 60 or 365 days and shares the resulting code with the brand (TikTok, October 2025). - [How Meta partnership ads work](https://meticdigital.com/notes/meta-partnership-ads): Partnership ads are Meta ads that run with a creator's or partner's identity alongside the advertiser's, on Instagram and Facebook. Their former Meta name is branded content ads (Meta, read 6 Oct 2026). They run on a creator permission, scoped to one piece of content or the whole account, which the creator may withdraw whenever they choose. - [How to test ad hooks](https://meticdigital.com/notes/hook-testing): To test hooks, write several openings for one ad, keep everything after the opening identical, give each variant comparable delivery and judge them on a metric agreed before launch. Hook rate shows which opening stops the scroll. The business metric, such as CPA or ROAS, shows which one is worth scaling, and the two don't always agree. - [Usage rights and licensing windows for creator ads](https://meticdigital.com/notes/usage-rights): Usage rights define where a brand can run a creator's content, for how long, from whose account and with what edits. They are separate from the fee for making the content, and they belong in a written agreement signed before anyone films. Platform permissions such as TikTok Spark Ads codes or Meta partnership ad permissions only turn on technical access, and they don't set any of the commercial terms. - [Creator-led ads and UGC ads compared](https://meticdigital.com/notes/creator-led-vs-ugc): UGC ads are videos that creators make for a brand to run from the brand's own account, usually without posting them to the creator's audience. Creator-led ads run with the creator's identity, as a post on their account and often as a Spark Ad or partnership ad. Neither term has an official definition, so these are the meanings we use. - [What to put in a creator brief for a paid ad](https://meticdigital.com/notes/creator-brief): A creator brief for a paid ad should fit on one page and cover eight things: the goal and its metric, the audience, the product facts and allowed claims, the hook written out word for word, the beats of the body, the shot list and framing, on-screen text and safe zones, and the disclosure and usage terms. Everything else is better left to the creator. ## Company - [About](https://meticdigital.com/about): Client profile and working principles. - [Plan a test](https://meticdigital.com/contact): Brief form.
